There’s something genuinely heartwarming about watching palestinian people celebrating, winning and simply just smiling purely again, for a moment everything just feels lighter for them. Some victories feels greater and bigger than just a football match.

win, draw or loss i’ll always stand by my team & my country every game hits so heavy because they’re carrying the weight of a whole homeland out there. they’re just trying to make everyone proud and give us something to hold onto even if it’s only for a little while & honestly knowing what that shirt means to them and to everyone back home hurts in a way i can’t even put into words thank you palestine for every single moment and to every player who gave it their all i hope y’all know we’ve never been more proud of you
